I have come again, for the tenth (10th) time, into your homes to speak to you about the Coronavirus pandemic, share with you information about the fight against the virus, and outline to you the decisions I have taken about the next chapter of our common battle. I thank each and every one of you for the collective and individual effort you have put in to help contain the spread of the disease on our shores. The great majority of us continue to adhere to the social distancing and enhanced hygiene protocols; we have, as a result, altered our way of life to accommodate these changes; and we continue to make sacrifices to speed up the process of bringing our lives safely back to a state of normalcy. The video has pulled down because it had content from ‘EMPIRE’ which caused YouTube to pull it down due to copyright enfringements. American rapper, singer and songwriter, Joe Cole has joined protesters to protest in Fayetteville NC. He joined the protesters as a sign of true support and solidarity for the black Americans who are being brutalized all over the country. This is in the wake of the George Floyd murder by a white police officer, Derek Chauvin.

An undergraduate of the University of Benin has died after being raped inside a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, sparking outrage on social media. On May 27, 2020, the victim, Uwa Omozuwa, was said to have visited the RCCG, Edo Province 10, Ikpoba Hill, Benin, where she was readinSome men were reported to have made their way into the church auditorium where they struck her in the head with a fire extinguisher, raped her and left her for dead. A security guard at the church reportedly found her in a pool of blood and informed his superiors at the church. The 22-year-old victim, who was unconscious, was rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital where she narrated her ordeal. She, however, succumbed to her injuries three days later. The case was reported at the Oregbeni Police Station, Benin. According to friends of the deceased, she only recently gained admission into the federal university and had yet to do matriculation as of the time of her death

Kellie Chauvin, the wife of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, announced Friday she is filing for divorce. Through her attorney, Kellie Chauvin said she is devastated by the death of George Floyd and expressed her sympathy to “his family, with his loved ones and with everyone who is grieving.” The couple were married for a decade. Floyd died Monday after he was pinned to the ground by officers, including Chauvin who constricted his breathing by putting his knee on his neck. A 24-year-old student of the Assin Fosu College of Education who threatened to circulate nude videos and pictures of his lover, a policewoman, and extorted GH¢1,500 from her, has been sentenced to three years in prison in hard labour by an Accra Circuit Court. Francis Aggrey was charged with conspiracy to commit crime and extortion.Aggrey, who was full of remorse, pleaded guilty to the charges at the court, presided over by Justice Emmanuel Essandoh, a High Court judge, with additional responsibility as a Circuit Court judge. His accomplice, Christian Donkor, also a student of the college, is, however, at large. Passing the sentence, the judge deferred the first count - conspiracy to commit crime - but sentenced him to serve a three-year jail term for the other count of extortion of a public officer, adding that “this is to serve as a deterrent”The court deferred judgement on the count of conspiracy since Donkor is on the run and is yet to face the law. A young pretty Ghanaian nurse known as Ellen Asare has mistakenly released a very raunchy video of herself meant for her boyfriend in her school group and its already causing wildfire on the internet.
